  • 완료된 실험을 기술할 때 사용
  • 예: "US6-expressing cells were analyzed for MHC I surface expression by flow cytometry analysis"
• 현재형
  • 결과를 바탕으로 한 사실을 전달할 때 사용
    예: "The viral protein US6 decreases MHC I surface expression"
  • 현재 도표의 특징을 강조할 때 사용
    예: "The gray line indicates the control cells"
• 일관성 유지: 명명법, 단위, 약어는 본문과 일치해야 함
